How long does shipping take?

Orders usually ship within 2–3 business days. Delivery times depend on your location and shipping method chosen at checkout.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $150. International orders qualify for discounted rates on larger purchases.

Do you ship internationally?

Absolutely. Rates and delivery times vary by destination, and all applicable customs fees or taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused and unopened items. Body products must remain sealed for hygiene reasons.

My order arrived damaged β€” what should I do?

Email us at contact@aromasofadventure.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We’ll replace or refund the affected items as quickly as possible.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us right away and we’ll do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations.

How can I track my order?

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package’s journey.

Can I send my order as a gift?

Yes! You can add a gift note at checkout, and we’ll make sure to leave out pricing details in the package.

Do you offer subscription or recurring orders?

Yes, you have the option to subscribe to any product on a recurring basis with discounts for longer subscriptions.

What ingredients do you use?

We use high-quality soy wax, cotton wicks, skin-safe fragrance oils, and cruelty-free body care ingredients. Full ingredient lists are on each product page.

Are your products safe for pets?

While our candles and fragrances are made with paraben and phalate free ingredients, pets may be sensitive to certain scents. Always burn candles in a well-ventilated space and keep them (and all body products) out of reach of pets.

How strong are your scents?

Candles have a medium-to-strong throw to fill your space without overwhelming it. Body products are designed for a lighter, more personal scent experience.

How should I store my products?

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve fragrance and quality.

Do you make custom scents?

Yes! We offer custom scent blending for events, gifts, and collaborations. Contact us for details and pricing.
